Unified Desk provides a revenue recovery platform for healthcare practices, including call stress testing, missed call recovery, and analytics services.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to make harassing or unwanted calls
5. Payment Terms
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it only as necessary to provide the services.
7. Intellectual Property
Unified Desk retains all rights to our platform, software, and materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription term.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unified Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
